Episode 57: Behold The Holy Loofah!
In Episode 57 our Freak of the Week is one of our favorite Twitter follows. We take a look at how to save some money on clothes as you lose weight. We talk a bit about post weight loss surgery saggy skin. And wrap things up with a review of a new product from the folks at Bariatric Advantage.
NOTE – Turns out Mike sucks at math and will no longer be allowed to do any calculations in the future! The probiotics are 20 cents per tablet not 2 cents per tablet. - You need to pay attention to the dosage of over the counter medications a well.
- You have little control over how your skin will react after weight loss.
- Your skins elasticity can be affected by age, genetics, how much you lose and how quickly, sun exposure, nutrition, hydration and smoking.
- Loofah your skin daily to encourage elasticity.
- Take a long bath and add some sea salt.
- Eating certain raw foods may help your skins elasticity.
- Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize.
- Exercise can also help fill out the sagging skin.
