Al Roker talks about how he lost weight through gastric bypass, but also the challenges of keeping it off. He talks about how it is not a magic bullet, how you will need to work at keeping the weight off, basically all of the things we have talked about.

We can’t tell you how happy we were to see a network do a true and fair story about weight loss surgery. Thank you Al Roker, and thank you NBC for doing this!
