Ingredients:

6 0z Crab Meat, Flaked. (Imitation Crab Meat works as well.)
4 0z Fat Free Cream Cheese
¼ Cup Fat Free Mayonnaise
2 Green Onions
12 Small Egg Roll or Won Ton Wrappers

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350(F)

Mix Crab meat, FF Cream Cheese, FF Mayo, and thinly sliced green onions together

Spray a 12 muffin cup pan with cooking spray

Line each muffin cup with Egg Roll or Won Ton Wrapper and extend edges of wrappers over side of cups (tucke the wrapper edges behind the wrapper, almost like making it a bowl shape)

Bake empty wrappers for 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove from oven and add Crab Rangoon mix to each cup

Bake for another 5 to 7 minutes or until filling is warm

I made this as a dip this week, rather than in cups. It's truly amazing, and makes a very nice dinner with some cukes or Wasa Crisps for dipping. YUM!
