meh I'm not a pro ball/sports fan. In fact all the marketing hype if a further turn off for me. I'd rather watch high school, collage, minor league games I have more respect for those players then professional ones. It's just another Sunday I'll probably rent a few movies, cowboys and aliens anyone? lol

I haven't had time to post these recipes yet, but I'm looking at Roasted Red and Yellow Pepper Mozzarela Bites, Broccoli Cheddar Nibbles and Grape Tomato Caprese Skewers with a Balsamic Drizzle - Who needs chicken wings?!?

My friend Heather is having a big party at her house, with the game on the big screen. FUN!

She's having a taco bar, so I can do that well - but still need to avoid chips! Particularly since I'm making the fresh salsa. Need to carry some cukes with me!

Giggle, of course I can work it out - but we don't have it over here in the UK - I'm not sure if I should be jealous or relieved.  Cheesy

I will probably grill a good sausage or brawtwurst and try to avoid the chips and bread.  Maybe chicken and apple or something like that.

I have a really good garlic dip that is made with fat free cream cheese, so I might have that and some carrots or celery for the snacky appetizer type food.

I will need to work on not sampling all the other things.

You need to get out more I used to attend them in the UK Wink

Nothing like tearing up U.S junk food and soda after midnight - I always had a days vacation on the Monday after the Superbowl

I'm going to a party that I go to every year. I will be bringing cake pops. I have recipes for them where they come out to 50-80 calories per and have almost no sugar (compared to 150-200 calories for the ones you get a Starbucks). I'm going to make Red Velvet, Sour Cream Brownie, Apple Pie, and Chocolate Covered Banana Cake.

I haven't got the recipes perfected yet but hopefully will with this last batch. Then I'll post them.

The recipes, not the pops.

I am making the Crab Rangoon! Can't wait. The DH loves crab, so hopefully he will enjoy those with me. My grandkids love seafood - one is obsessed with it - so I will not have leftovers.  Cheesy

Lots of snacks, bad and good, I'll probably give some a try - my cheating pouch. I figure that since I can only eat about 4 bites before the Princess tells me to stop, I will have a sausage roll and hope for the best! Smiley

We all know I will be sorry...I promise not to complain...too much...
