Peanut butter (light) and bananas together. It's like Russian Roulette.  One day fine, another not so good...and it's getting worse. I seem to be reacting more often and worse each time - it's gotten to the "not worth it" stage.

Weird because I can eat items that you would think a RNY'r would have issues with....nope, not me.

Sugar  and I suffer terribly after a single bite.  But everyone once in a while, I am tempted with a chocolate item.

I specifically selected a RNY because I knew I would sneak sugar if there were any chance I could eat it.  As yet, I have refrained from eating more than a nibble for fear of dumping - which I have never done - but I continue to assume I'll be deathly ill if I eat any..

It was wonderful seeing everyone.  We really are a blessed group of individuals. By the way, I'm doing good so far for less than 24 hours since surgery.  Thanks for all the advise.  Hugs, love and kisses.--sylvia

I'm either a lucky freak or unlucky, depending on how you look at it.  I don't have any issues with any particular food, sugar, starches or fats.  If I have a problem with something it's usually because I ate too fast or didnt' chew well enough.

The toy pots and pans from IKEA.  Its just perfect to cook small portions and to poach eggs.
