Welcome aboard. :-)

Backed up huh?  Try eating salads for a day.  This usually helps me with the "backed up" issues.

Hi and welcome. I'm new too. What a nice group of people here.

One word for backed up - FLAX! (I use so much of it in my cooking for a reason! LOL)

I have been watching the episodes for a while, I found the link on Obesity Help, and decided to finally start posting.  I had RNY surgery October 29, 2008 and I have lost 117 lbs so far.  I will soon be in onederland and I can't wait - 2 lbs to go.

I am currently trying to decide on what my goal weight should be.  My surgeon was not specific and my nutritionist has given me a range.  I have reviewed the BMI information and the weight tables for my height and build but I am still trying to make a final decision.
