Hi everyone!

My name is Mike and I was banded on 2/20/2009.  I have lost a little over 50 pounds since I was banded (Realize Band) and have lost over 155 pounds since my journey with my bariatric clinic began.  I am almost 1/2 way to my goal of 200 pounds!

WLS has changed my life in only positive ways so far, and I hope it continues to do so!

Come check me out sometime at my www.hungry2live.com if ya feel like it!  I look forward to talking with everyone here!

Hi Mike - let me be the first to welcome you to the best bariatric board on the web Smiley  Congrats on your loss so far.

I'm a sleever, just got my vertical sleeve gastrectomy on July 21, so I'm newer to the loser's bench, but This board has taught me so much over the months since I began coming here (back in January or February).

Anyway, welcome! Smiley

Welcome aboard Mike.

Great job with your Realize Band.  We have plenty of bandsters here so please feel free to offer up advice, wisdom to the rest of them.

Mike - so glad to see a new bandster (and a man!) here on the boards. I know we'll be able to learn much from you!

And welcome to 2fat42long, too! Glad to have you both! Welcome to Freakyville.

Hi Mike

Welcome to the board!!!  This is the best board ever - no flaming - AT ALL!! Can you believe it?  My favorite part is Toni, Mike (Mickey), and Lynnda respond to as many posts as they can.  It tends to be almost every post.
I just think the way they present the information in fun-freaky way takes the negative out of it.

I read your site!! Holy cow - sounds pretty scary!  Do you feel that the attacks are managed now?

Wow!  What a warm welcome!

Hi Melissa!

Thank you Patti! (FYI - I lived in St. Paul, MN for several years)

Thanks Baka!  Nice Tat!

Thanks for stopping by my site Nature Girl!  I'm looking forward to no flaming or surgery wars. Don't get me wrong, I love OH, but the... my surgery is better than yours... gets old.
Unfortunately my panic attacks are still not under control and I am still on disability.  Cry

Nice area, Madison. I love the house on the rock which isn't too far from there.

Hey Mike,

Welcome to BTV!  I have been gone all this week (college tours with my daughter.. EEEK) so I have been away from the boards for a bit.  Looking forward to getting caught up but wanted to say howdy and welcome to you new folks before anything else..
