Well, as of this morning, I've lost 25.2 lbs (15.2 since surgery on 7/21).  Not too shabby.  I'm averaging something like 3.6 lbs a week, by the look of it right now and that includes the full week of stall.  Yay!

I don't see it yet, but a few others have said they're already seeing it in my face.  I'll post another youtube this evening for my 3 week update (puhlease1).  Right now, going to see Julie & Julia with friends (my second time seeing it - love that movie!)

LOL - thanks Smiley  I did my math wrong.  I'm putting my weekly updates on youtube on sundays, though my actual week three marker isn't til Tuesday.  It has only been right under three weeks since my surgery, and 15.2 lbs equals an average of 5 lbs a week.  Even better Grin

Kris, Make sure you are doing your measurements..  When those stalls happen - it makes it easier to tolerate when you know you are still shrinking!

Good for you girl.. Great progress

Thanks y'all - I want to make this work; specially since I'll be paying for it for the next four years LOL.

Oh crap!  I totally forgot to do my measurements at the beginning of all this!  I need to do that this afternoon!  OY.  I'll send myself an e-mail.

Great idea about getting measurements. It really does help. I did Bust, waist, hips and calf (I wanted to fit nto long boots again!).

I think you mentioned a spreadsheet a while ago, so I'm assuming you meant something like Excel. I put a table in Excel with the standard UK dress size measurements on it so I could mark my current position - You can also do graphs... if you like.......lol

I do like spreadsheets Smiley

Mine does the weight by numbers, but also has a graph showing the downward trend.  I might need to add a size one - that could be fun Grin

Okay, I did measurements when i got home from work - I had found a diagram online that's cute - kind of a pin-up gal, with measurement boxes out to the side.  I measured my upper arm, bust, waist, hips, thighs, knees, calves, and even ankles, just to see Smiley

I was slightly horrified, but ah well.  It's only going down from here!

Hi Kris,
I was sooo horrified when I measured myself.... now bear in mind that I forgot to measure myself at my largest, so I would have been bigger.....

I'm 5ft 4 = 64 inches tall

My hips measured 58 inches! (After losing 28lbs).

So, before I lost any weight, I reckon my hips were the same as my height!
Wow!

Hey, That's pretty fascinating - my hips?  58 inches.  I did just measure three weeks after surgery, so they were bigger.  Ugh - ah well - all the more to go down and down.

Oooh, guess what I learned today?  Met my friends at a mexican place - Juevos Rancheros - basically eggs, beans, and a little hash brown at the place I went to - with their enchilada sauce.   All mushy - yay! LOL
