Wow...can you guys eat a whole MIAM at once? I thought I was pretty hungry this morning and just made one for the first time. YUM! But I cut it into 3 slices, and after 1 slice, I have that "backed up" feeling in my tummy and esophagus...maybe I just wolfed it down to quickly?  My dog (Y'all remember Murphy from the prettiest pet contest, when he LOST to some ugly mutt???) is eyeing the leftovers, but I don't want to give him fiber before I run off to work. That would be bad. LOL...

I can never get through a whole one either.  Usually the kidlet and I share one.  I love to add PB2 (like 2 TBSP) and cocoa to it!  Yum!

Just had my first MIAM. Very good, but a little dry, so I drizzled a little SF syrup over. I could only eat half, but I will save the rest and try a custard like McNee suggested.

Just a suggestion, but if you want it to fill you up for longer: get used to dry food and don't make sauces/custards.

A MIAM can keep me full (even at 2 years out) all morning if I don't wet it with anything, just chew, chew, chew and add lots of saliva.
