I had to cater a business luncheon yesterday, and the caterer had a "smoked mango pineapple vinaigrette" that was delicious on the salad. I asked her if I could take some of it home with me, and she said yes. I marinated some chicken breasts in that and baked. YUM, YUM, YUM! I forget how many vinaigrettes taste really good as a marinade! Great ideas.

These ideas are great.  This weekend i found a new description of how to bake chicken and have it still be moist and easy on the pouch.  http://www.bariatriceating.com/BEsupport/susanmariastwocents.php  You'll find the chicken info about half way down the page.  I did it this way today and it was deeeeeeelish.  If only I'd had Linda's link then Smiley

After my surgery Susan was the one I went crying to about how to make chicken.. she gave me that same advice way back when and it still works great!  Nothing worse then dry chicken cloggin up the ol' pouch.
