I have a wii. Got bored with the wii fit, but got value for money.
Anyway, I borrowed EA Sports Active Personal Trainer - wow. 28 min work out and I'm.....(to put it politely) very tired.
I think it's gonna be an excellent change from my running, cycling and blading, which have all fallen by the wayside a bit recently.
I'm gonna try the "28 day challenge" on medium intensity - should be interesting!
