Ok, there's not that much sugar in worcestershire sauce, and I've been wanting to try making some for awhile.

I did so tonight... and OMG! It's... wonderful. I used Splenda instead of sugar to make a simple syrup to use instead of corn syrup.

this stuff is time consuming... but overall "easy". And the taste is just... man... so much better than store-bought.

I wasn't expecting much when going in to this, but I wanted to try it... I'm glad I did.
