Sample requests are typically mailed within 2 business days of recipet [usually quicker]. I can check with the samples department on your request to see if we received it or if the interent depths snagged it. We currently send samples via USPS, so we have no method of tracking once they leave.
Please email us at samples@bbvitamins with your contact information and I can check our system to see what happened. Regardless, I will make sure we get samples out to you ASAP.

I requested for free samples about 7 weeks ago, the email I received said someone will contact me in a couple days and know one contacted me. I even tried to register my self and there were no Hawaii as a state, so I couldn't finish registering. If they don't send to Hawaii then they should email and tell me. Celebrate was the only company that responded to me and their sample were quality so I sent my money to them for vitamins. I don't want to vent but that really upset me.
