Hey folks,

Remember a few months ago when I was doing the 48 Hour Film Project? Well some of you asked for a look at it and the producers finally put it up online.

Here's a quick recap of what this project is. Basically you get a team of filmmakers together and on a Friday night at 7pm you draw a genre out of a hat. From that point on you have 48 hours to produce a short film of 5 to 7 minutes in length. Additionally each team has to work into their film the same character, prop and line of dialogue. For the San Diego films those elements were...

Character: Amy or Amos Belanger a historian
Prop: Crayon
Line of Dialogue: "That's not what I meant"

The genre we pulled was Super Hero.

Here's the link...

Enjoy,

Just watched it, but I saw it at work, and the buffering kept pausing it so it was distracting! However, it didn't take away from a great film! It's an interesting premise - a superhero that can project thoughts into people's minds to change them for good. If that could only be true!

Oh, and of course, the editing rocked! Especially moving from present to the flashbacks!

Please let us know if you do anymore. We are your biggest fans....

Turn off the HD if you don't want it to keep buffering?

Actually the director is shopping it to try and get funding for a pilot. We'll see what happens.

I just watched and I thought it was really good.  It drew me in and kept my interest.  I think it would be a great series.  I love this type of thing.  Thanks for sharing it.  Cool

It is a great idea for a series.  Hope it flies.  Good luck!

Mike that clip was really good.  Kinda Heros meets Touched by an Angel meets Twilight Zone.  I'd watch it.

I like that description and really enjoyed the movie too.  You are skilled and nicely creative Mickey, but then we BTVers already knew that!
