This recipe is from Hungry Girl, so it's NOT sugar free. It's actually more low fat. But the stats are actually pretty good (around 63 calories per piece), and it's so remarkably easy that I just had to try it. Mine did not come out like fudge - more like chewy brownies - but definitely awesome.

1 Family-sized package of brownie mix (I used Betty Crocker's low fat version)
1 can of pumpkin puree
2 T. of peanut butter (I mixed up some PB2 for this)

Mix the brownie mix with the pumpkin until smooth. Do not add anything else! Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8 pan. (I used a 7 x 9, and it worked great.) Spoon the peanut butter on top and use a knife to make swirls of PB in the top of the brownies. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 32 squares.

I tried these awhile back and they're "OK"
I was excited to see eggface put up a fudge recipe. I'm going to try it and hopefully it will be more "fudgey". I'll report back after I buy some ricotta cheese.
