I made Hungry Girl's Eggnog last night, because I miss the real thing.  Well, this morning I wasn't hungry for food, so I used the Eggnog and a scoop of PP for a yummy holiday shake.  The recipe follows:

Hungry Girl's Eggnog

5 C of Unsweetened Soy Milk (or whatever milk you choose, my bet is that Almond Breeze would work here too)
1 small box Vanilla SF/FF dry pudding mix (I am tempted to try a box and a quarter)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon (added by me)
1/2 tsp Rum Extract (I don't like this so I added 1 tsp of Vanilla extract)
6 packets of Splenda (I tried Stevia, but the flavor just didn't work right so I did add this)

Put all in a blender and mix.  Place in refrigerator for a few hours to thicken.

Now the shake:

In your blender of choice (I used my Magic Bullet) place lots of ice, your choice of PP (I have used Chocolate and Click) and 4-6 oz of Eggnog.  Blend and enjoy!  This is awesome!

This sounds a lot like Linda's, which is posted here:

I was going to wait until the holidays to make it, but now that you've made it into a Protein Shake - YAY! I might make it this week!

I use the DaVinci Eggnog Flavored Syrup for mine.

Here's how I made mine:

Hey! Panda!  That is a really good shake, too, I used to drink that all the time after surgery.  This combo is actually just like the real thing!  My kidlet loves the nog and asks for it specifically.
