Howdy everyone  I have been watching the program for awhile now and just decided to check the forums out I am from Vancouver, BC and had rny gastric bypass surgery about 15 months ago now, down 225 but still have roughly 150 to go!!! It has been a wonderful learning experience with it's share of frustrations But a decison I am so happy I made!!! I kinda fell off the exercise wagon with a knee injury and gout but back at it now and going to make the very best of 2010 as I possibly can!!! Looking forward in getting to know everyone out here |

Wow.....You've done an amazing job so far!!! Glad you decided to finally jump on the forum!!!
I love Vancouver. I have an aunt and uncle over in Chilliwack and Mike and I lived in Deming for about a year.
Let us know if you have any questions or really...since you've done such and awesome job, post some suggestions for others here.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome I think this forum ROCKS!!! I am on day 4 of the 5 day pouch test and boy is it working !!! I weigh in on Sat and can't wait to see how I did, hehe! Looking forward in getting to know everyone |
