Ok
I know of the many protien shakes with fruit and even pudding mix. My problem is I am a savory kinda girl. I am not really into the sweet stuff (except my DH, DD, DD, and DS) LOL. Does any one know of savory protien shakes?  Grin

Hi Daneen,

The only thing I can think of is to buy unflavoured protein and add it to any of your regular food. I've added it to soups, stews, curries and omelettes in the past. You could also mix it into any meal with gound meat or sauce I suppose.

Ok, here is a crazy, but you might like it. I take a package of frozen vegetables that you nuke in the microwave. Cook it according to instructions. Put half the package in my Bullet blender along with lowsalt vegetable broth (I have to watch my salt). One scoop of unflavored protein powder. Blend it all up. I add just a touch of salt and a bunch of pepper, you can dress it up to your own taste. It comes out like a nice soup, and you can drink it right out of the bullet.

Unflavored protein to a V8 lite?
Unflavored protein to Beef, chicken, veggie broth?

There's a wide variety of cream of chicken soups with addtional protein samples out there.

Unjury has a chicken soup flavor mix.  I just bought their unflavored, though, so I can mix it in anything.

I like Any Whey, It is made to mix with warm stuff and to bake with. Unflavored mixes well love it with broth. Mix it after you heat not before.
