Do you feel differently now that you've lost weight?

I still feel fat, but I feel much more feminine that I did a hundred pounds ago.  I had started feeling like a neuter.  Now I can find so many more flattering cloths and I just feel more feminine.

I wasn't very feminine.  Now that doesn't mean that I didn't wear makeup...  but I didn't like flowers, hated the color pink, didn't care if I was all fixed up or not...  though most of the time I was presentable....  didn't wear high heels...  but had granny panties and granny flat shoes.

But then the world changed.  I love pink.  I love flowers (photographing them, smelling them, looking at them, esp receiving them!).  I love high heels.  Long gone are the granny panties!  I can't think of the word for it, not "sexy" per se...  maybe the word is "alive"!?

Aww Mo Mik, thanks for the flowers.  Here is one of my favorite pics I took last summer (if I can get it to work)

Simple.  But happy.

Girl, I NEVER thought I'd be wearing short skirts, panty hose, and 5 inch heels. But I AM! I've gone totally nuts in the other direction. I never wore makeup, wore those awful tent dresses, and flip flops. No pride whatsoever. I'm so glad those days are OVER!

Oh heck yeah, I'm more girly.  See my perfume post.  ALSO, here is a comment from my 24 year old daughter today when we went to see Alice in Wonderland together:

Daughter:  Hey, mom, you look really cute in that top with the tank under it.  Wait a minute...it's PINK! You're wearing PINK!  And the tank under the light pink is HOT pink!  I have never seen you in pink, EVER.  What's up with that?

LOL

Tammy - FIVE inch heels??  Holy WOW.  I'm not there yet.  Grin

Kris - it takes some getting used to, but my legs look so good in them, that it's hard not to keep trying!

I think I'm rather getting weird about my shoes, too - sort of like pets! I love them so much! I may need help later....

I am WAY more girlie and I've only lost 47 pounds so far.   By the time I get to goal I'll be a registered, card carrying Princess.   Oh yes.   Cheesy

I've always been really into makeup, but I find myself dressing girlier now.  My self esteem is jumping through the roof and it's fun to show my confidence in cute new clothes, fun styled hair, and obnoxiously out there eye makeup! Smiley
