My name is Janine and I am almost 2.5 years post op after a RNY in Nov 2007. I have watched many of the Bariatric TV showsand I have been a silent supporter.
I have a blog which has become more about just life than it is about my weight loss. I started my journey at 389 lbs and I am down to approx 222 lbs. I have around 25 - 30lbs of excess skin and my personal goal weight without plastics is 195 lbs. In July last year I was diagnosed with Auto Immune Liver Disease (not WLS related) and I am on a course of steroids, so have become very stagnant with my weight loss.
I try and deal with the head issues that comes with that daily and that is where my blog and you tube friends have been such and amazing support and I am looking to hopefully find and be able to give support here as well.
