I finished my first half-ironman! It's a really tough course and I had a blast. My time kind of sucked because I couldn't run the run course very much but I beat my projected bike and swim times so I was happy anyway. I'm both frustrated and happy with how much training is going. I can now swim the 2.4 of the full ironman in 90 min just like I wanted to. And it's only July. (IM is in Nov.)
But my biking is still slow.
And I haven't run since Mid-May. Sigh.
