I've been walking at work for a few months now but not daily. I know, I know, being 6 months out I should've started something more regular by now!!

Anywho... I just started a 2 week vacation to my favorite destination - Porchville

and I thought since it takes about 2 weeks to make something a habit, I made up my mind to do my Leslie Sansone walking video everyday for the next 2 weeks.
Today was day #1, I made it through the first mile out of breath but feeling good! The video has 5 miles but I thought I'd better start off slow so I'll stick to it...
