First time in 10 years and went to the health club for an arthritis exercise class in the warm water pool.
Oh, what took me so long? That was just marvelous, was in the water for 1 1/2 hours and turned into a prune, but a happy, relaxed prune.
Gonna have to get a new suit soon, the old one is too big and I am worried the girls might flop out! They just don't fit in there like they did 10 years ago.  Wink
A new addict is born, gonna find more classes to attend.
