I made this last week and it went down very well.

1-2 cans of crab meat
1-2 cans of small shrimp cut into small bites (or frozen)
imitation crab cut into small bites (it's actually atlantic cod)
 half and half
2 green onions
chicken stock (as much as needed for amt of chowder you want)
cilantro (optional)
1 tsp. flour for thickening
1 tsp olive oil

Sautee onions in oil until translucent. Add chicken stock and add seafood just until warmed through. Add half and half and cilantro. Stir flour and stock together and add to warm chowder and allow to thicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Yummy!

Most of the packaging has been tossed but the  half and half has 3g of fat and 1 carb per 2 tbsp and I only used enough to color the broth which I would say was about 4 tbsp. I only had a 2 oz bowl of the chowder. As for the seafood I haven't a clue but I assume ,being it's seafood, very little fat. Then 2 green onions and cilantro, oil and flour ( which could be omitted)
