Thanks for all the encouragement! I am located in a little community in Ala. called Slapout which is just north of Montgomery. Also I am so new to this WLS stuff, that I didn't word my earlier message correctly. Instead of waiting on my surgery date it should had read waiting on my insurance approval.  |

I know EXACTLY where Slapout is! I LOL'd when I read that. I used to live in Montgomery for awhile, and I had friends in Slapout, Wetumpka, Eclectic. Do those sound familiar? Girl, you just brought great memories back to me. Welcome to the forums! And good luck on your insurance approval. Don't give up!

I have GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!  My letter from the insurance co. was in the mail when I got home from work last night. I opened it in my front yard and would only peek at it a little bit of it at a time in case it was bad news. When I read that I was approved, I sreamed and scared my dogs and cows! I called the surgeons office first thing this morning and the lady who makes the appointments is out until Monday  I guess I can wait a couple more days. |
