Ok, sorry to the Proclaimers for that one...
but.. I hit the 500 mile mark for the year on my bike tonight (almost live on the Diva Taunia show by chance), and did 24 for the day.
I did that 24miles in about 110 minutes at about a 13mph pace, and according to healthstatus.com I burned a whopping 1452 calories doing it.
I'm hoping to get another 500 in before I have to put the bike away this fall by the way.
