I'm new to this site, and happy to reconnect with the bariatric community. There is so much more for me to learn to keep up with this lifestyle for good. It has been 1.5 yrs since my surgery and I've lost 120lbs. I feel great, but have hit a 3 month plateau! I'm ready to go back to basics and put my health and wellness back as the #1 priority it was last year..
I look forward to connecting with many of you as we continue this lifelong journey.

Saludos desde Miami!

Welcome aboard Maria.

Good for you for connecting.  I find that the further out from your surgery you get, the more important it is to stay connected to keep you on track.

We have some great people here with honest and open advice.

Hola Maria! Is Miami as nice as it sounds? I've never gotten past the panhandle (or the redneck Riviera as I've heard it called  Tongue) in the Destin/Pensacola area.  I really want to go the Keys, though. It's on my bucket list.   Cool

Welcome to BTV!  Support after surgery as you get further out is often discounted but so very important to remain successful.  Good for you for taking that first step!
