The Wii Fit is my favorite exercise. I enjoy the variety of the aerobic exercises, the strengh training, and the yoga. Combining the exercise with games makes it fun.

I am glad to hear about the WII Fit, I have looked at it but didn't know if it was any good.  After 18 straight days of triple digit temperature, I would love to find something to do inside.

Wii Fit is great. Fun, active and competitive.. It's a great source of exercise.

Rock it girl.

My mom (bless her heart) got me one for my birthday/surgery "gift". I should be getting it in the next couple days. I can't wait!

I hate mine.  Tongue

I think it's one of those things where people who love it are either just starting out or want to be distracted from the fact they are doing exercise by the video game aspect of it. But I found those two things frustrating. It drove me crazy that I couldn't just step as many minutes as I wanted to but had to "unlock" higher and higher levels, for example. Plus what they call jogging is nothing like really running. I could do it forever at a time when I couldn't run more than 5 min. at a time.

I'm only posting this so people who think like me will be warned. I know a lot of people love it and that's fine with me, but I know I'm not the only one who found it frustrating either.  Kiss

Sadly, I'm still too big for it. The board is only rated for 350 lbs and I still have 48 lbs to go for that. Soon, though...soon. Smiley

I believe you can cheat the 330lb weight limit........

This video explains how to do it:

The best exercise in the world is............

The one you will keep doing.  If all you can do or want to do it the Wii, then start there.
But you need to be constantly challenging yourself if you want to improve your fitness level.

Good luck.
