So everything is going well and I have been doing well on getting my water in and exercising.  I have lost 40 lbs between the presugery diet and surgery.  I am having issues with my vitamins because they are making me very sick.  I have been getting in most of my protein but all of the sudden started having a very upset stomach.  I am already taking Protonix to reduce the production of stomach acid but am still feeling yucky.  I called the doctor and he told me that they are starting to find that this is normal after VSG and that it will go away in a couple of weeks.  I guess I am not going to be 100% for a little bit.

Just wanted to let everyone else know that sometimes a yucky stomach is normal but please check with your doctor to make sure it isn't something serious.

I still get days of queasy, especially after I take my first vitamins in the morning. Doesn't happen every single day, but it's occasional. Just part of getting used to new tummies.
