I'm more than 2 years out now, and in the last 9 months I've gained almost 7 lbs over my lowest weight last fall.  I'm a little upset over this, and don't quite know what to do to deal with it.  In November my blood sugar started dropping dangerously low fairly frequently.  My endocrinologist changed my diet several times, and introduced more carbs and fats into my diet to help with this (it has helped a little, but not been entirely successful)

Now it seems I have to keep learning how to eat over and over again as my body changes.

I know that most people regain about 15-30% of their weight,  but I definitely NEVER want to see 200 again.

What's a REASONABLE percentage to maintain at?  How many people here are secretly gaining but don't want to talk about it in fear of discouraging others?  am I the odd person in the room?

We've talked about Our weight gain several times On our videos.  Most studies show that a 20- 30% regain is the average. I've done a 10% and not thrilled but after 7 years and my slowing metabolism, I'm okay with it.

I've missed quite a few videos while struggling with a bad Firefox update. and I did see a couple where the weight regain was mentioned, but I guess I just feel totally out of the loop.  Now that I reinstalled Safari and OLD Firefox, I've got a lot of catching up to do.  These last couple months it's just been posting and a few games Sad  I couldn't even watch Netflix.  (0K... technical question:  why do some video sites work and others don't with different browsers?  Isn't a video plug in a video plug in no matter where it is?)

7 to 8 pounds can pop on just from adding carbs back into the diet. Ian (baka) wrote a thing on it somewhere on here.
