We celebrated my son's birthday today (he's 7 tomorrow) and he wanted McDonald's for lunch. Fine. I was already going out so I went through the drive thru and ordered for my family, kinda ticked off I couldn't have a cheeseburger
Then I remembered hearing the parfaits, lowfat yogurt and fruit, skip the granola. I ordered one to try while everyone else was eating birthday cake. WOW! Yummy! I was so excited to find something I love so much and will order again. No queasiness, no dumping. Yum, yum, yum. The only thing I'd do differently is add little protein powder and mix it in.
McDonalds shows the calories WITH granola packet at 160 and without the granola is 130. DANG! I am allowing myself this treat OFTEN. LOVED it.
