I went to my first session with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders.    I know this may not seem like a big deal to some, but addressing why I am fat is a REALLY important part of making my weight loss a permanent solution.  Hell yeah it is scary, but gaining the weight back would be even scarier Smiley
