I've managed to do another 5k........... Only this time it' 5,070 miles!

I was just checking some stuff on my bike and noticed that my little computer showed that I broke the 5k mark this past Tuesday

I didn't believe it so I broke out my Excel sheet and checked everything on myplate as well and sure enough..... I've cycled over 5,000 bloody miles since the end of January this year!!!!

I'm in a state of being deliriously happy and shock at the same time.........

I'm about to head out the door in a few to add another 30 miles to the total Smiley

I know it's friggin hard to get my head around that!

When I was out cycling this morning I was thinking that I've done the equivalent of cycling from California to New York and back....... OMG

@ Tammy I already do 120-180 minutes of exercise per day Wink

Ian, that's incredible.  You should be the "poster boy" for WLS.  You totally rock it and are such a wealth of knowledge and inspiration.   I am so glad to have found this forum and folks like you to inspire me and guide me on my journey.  Thanks for all you do and congrats on the 5k.
