Thought I'd share a picture.  I've lost 100 pounds (50 before surgery) and according to measurements I took after I'd love 30 pounds, I've lost over 60 inches and probably a lot more if I'd have taken them at the very beginning.

Gosh you guys - you sure know how to make a girl feel like a million.

Keilah - it seems fast, but I started losing weight for my insurance requirements on Feb 9th and lost 50 pounds by my June 2nd surgery date.  I needed to lose 5% of my weight to satisfy insurance and so once I did that, I figured why stop, I had to make some serious changes in my life or my lifestyle would kill me.  So I just kept losing and applying the things I needed to do for my post surgery life.  The second 50 pounds has come off since my June 2nd surgery.  So Feb 9th and June 2nd are both big anniversary dates for me this next year.  I'm so glad I decided to make these changes and get healthy.

I turn 50 this month and I feel more like 30 (unless I look in the magnifying mirror and see all those wrinkles I've earned, haha).
