So after a heads up from a fellow freak I ordered some Seapoint Farms Dry Roasted Edamame

My box of 24 bags arrived on Friday and I just gave them a try tonight........

I'm really liking the taste and boy oh boy do they fill my lil pouch up!

Love the protein......... man does that fiber kick in quickly!

I love these!
Sometimes I put these on my salads too. For some CRUNCH.

Love these as does the kidlet!  If you have Kroger, Ian, they carry them.  I have to be very careful, because they have a tendency to get stuck in my band.

Thanks for the tip.  How do you eat them?  Just as a snack like almonds or or do you prepare them with a recipe?

Those sound so good. I'm going to try them. The Wasabi Edamame sounds really good also.

I just heart all things edamame.. I love the little packs from Costco that you toss in the micro..  Sometimes that is my lunch.. totally filling.  Haven't tried these little buggers.. need to give it a try.
