« on: November 11, 2010, 10:33:34 PM »

How do you know when you are done eating?  Is it a natural feeling?  I had revision to vsg from lapband about 2 weeks ago and am trying to figure out what signals i am looking for.

Thanks in advance, punkbright

Seems the general consensus is that your nose starts running and/or you get the hiccups.

This is one thing that takes time so don't feel bad if you have some "incidents" of over eatting.

Since you just had surgery, things may be a little difficult to feel in your sleeve area.

Your best bet right now is to follow the doctors guide lines on how much to eat. Measure you food for now until you can really tell how much is enough.

I get a pain under my ribcage. It is sudden and can take a while to go away if I've been eating too quickly.
