Hi new member here,
I am having trouble with the calcium lozenges I got the mint flavor. I got a big container from the pharmacy of where my surgeon works out of. OMG taste like I am got a gobb of toothpaste in my mouth. And take so long to dissolve. So it just sitting there sitting on my shelf. I went and got some citrical over the counter. But not sure if you can take that post op because it is pill form. The multi vitamin orange is ok but would like to try other flavors. Also I haven't try other bariatric vitamins yet. My hemogolobin was low 11.2 which normal is guess 14 and above. And I am just pre op. I am already losing my hair. My surgeon told me to get over the counter biotin and zinc. I am confused on what to take and find things I will like. I am having the distal gastric bypass. I will get my surgery date soon waiting on approval from insurance company. Is there samples that your company gives out. If so I would be defiantely interested. So then hopefuly I can find things I would like and order. I have already gone through 2 bottles of the bariatric adtvantage multi vitamin just about week or so left.

I keep trying to order from the site but twice a transaction showed on my bank account and then disappeared. I never got an order confirmation and money has not been taken from my account but whats up with that? Just trying to order some samples or anything to try out. Weirdness.

Ok, responded to the email you personally sent (never got response back) and gave all the info and now called and spoke with rep, I guess these have been on backorder for a while so will be a few more weeks before I will get. I hear others raving but so far all I have got is terrible customer service to just try your company. Excuses and apologies don't replace resolving issues, action does. A business without customers will not stay in business and I cant even get service to become a customer. |

Ok, the wait is over, finally got the samples and really appreciate the iron samples. Am elated as I finally found an iron sample that doesnt leave a bad aftertaste. Expect an order very soon, thanks
