Buffalo Chicken Dip - I can eat that stuff with a spoon!
Deli roll-ups - a slice of ham, a slice of cheese, a bit of mustard, all around a dill pickle spear - yum!
My Summer Dessert Winner would also make a great dessert!
And the Peachy Lemonade I just posted about would make a great drink. (A little vodka or rum could really...oh, oops!)

I'll probably have more to post later. Can't think off the top of my head so easily today - it's Friday!

Crock pot turkey meatballs

    1 pkg Frozen Meatballs
1 jar Sugar Free Grape Jelly
1 Jar Chili sauce (pick lowest in sugar)
    Water -- as needed

Put it all together in your crock pot and let 'em cook all day  - good stuff.  I suppose you could make them more savory, too, so they'd go well with the buffalo dip.  Or make buffalo meatballs instead.

Buffalo "wings" (use nuggets, like those frozen "naked" ones).

For the sauce, combine 2 parts Franks Hot Sauce (or my homemade chili sauce!) with 1 part butter and if you can handle the sugar 1 part honey.

I was also thinking of making some potato skins one of these days... a good way to get the fiber and nutrtion of a potato while minimizing the carbs...  (and this may be a future video too, if I can get back in gear with them!)

bake the potatoes so they're still firm and you can cut the skins off with a little bit of white, getting 3-4 per potato.

pop under broiler for a minute or two to "crisp" them up a bit, then top with a lil cheese, maybe some chopped bacon (turkey if you prefer), or maybe some taco meat, some chopped green onion, whatever you like.. broil again for a minute to get the cheese to melt, top with some plain yogurt instead of sour cream.

mash up the left over potato guts for the kids to have with dinner.

Hot Knockers
Basically marinate Chicken Breasts (or tenders) in Franks Red hot (optional Butter) then bake
Serve with some Bleu cheese dressing/crumbles or LCL blue cheese

You can also cook ground turkey/chicken with hot sauce and butter and stuff it into a celery stick (bigger ones) and top with bleu cheese

I got 2 more great ones at a party I was at this week. So simple and delicious!

1 can of white meat chicken and 1 block of softened cream cheese, mixed together into a ball. OMG! I couldn't believe it! She called it a Chicken Ball, and it was to die for!

1 block of softened cream cheese, 1 can of Cream of Celery Soup, and diced pepperoni (to your taste) - placed in a greased pie pan and baked for 30-45 minutes until melty. A yummy treat!

Both of these can be served with delicious raw veggies rather than crackers. Or crisp up some low carb tortillas and break them  into chips!
