It's a really good post..  And with a few minor changes (quantity of portions and subtituting beef for lamb) it doesn't look too differently then how I eat. 

We definitely need more info re: the DS..  I can read all the links that go over the procedure and the known challenges, etc.. But getting to know someone with a switch and seeing how they live their lives day in and day out - would be awesome..  Just like I have come to understand the sleeve and band I want to learn about the switch..
