Hi!
So, after someone mentioned this section in their post, I decided to revisit mine.......it looks like all the pictures we posted are broken (i.e. not just my post)....is it my end or do the new directories need looking at?

Hey Diane,
I think it's on your end Dear. I am seeing an image that says it's been removed from Photo Bucket. That tells me that the file was on the phtobucket.com server in an account you set up there. If the picture gets deleted from your photobucket.com account then the link to it in our forum won't find it. Do you remember putting them on photobucket.com?

Is there a photobucket thing on my B&A post? If it is...that is very strange because I'm sure I just uploaded them from my PC. And I clicked on several other posts to check it wasn't just mine....they were broken too..

Diane can you still see the albums on photobucket?
It looks to me that if people attached the photo rather than linking to them with the IMG tags then they didn't get moved or something messed up with the move to a new host

I just looked at this again......my photos are DEFINITELY not hosted on photobucket.
I have left the broken links in place, just in case they help any investigation.....and re-uploaded the originals in exactly the same way that I did originally.
The new uploads are visible......

**Update**
Okay, there is definitely an issue with the older attachments that were uploaded to the old host. For some reason it appears that the new host has scrambled the attachment part of the forums brain when getting attachments. From as much as I can tell the attachments are there, it just can't access them. Actually it can access a few but they seem to be all hosed up.
I have gone as far as I can trouble shooting it so I have a post in on the forums for the forum. Hopefully they can help me solve the riddle.
In the men time know that new attachments are displaying fine. So if there are certain images you uploaded before that you want to display immediately you will need to re upload them as Diane did.

***UPDATE***
After a little help from the kids over at Simple Machines I think I have the attachments issue solved. Again, without betting to technical, it had to do with how the file transfer from the old host went down. The files were downloaded and uploaded in the wrong format which meant the forum didn't know the images were images. Luckily I haven't trashed the files from the old server yet so it was just a matter of re downloading in the right format and re uploading to the new host.
So in short, it's all fixed!
