I am going to be starting the 5 day pouch test on Monday March 14th. Would anyone be interested in joining me? I went and got all the food I need this afternoon. Now I am all ready to start Monday. I have also joined the YMCA and have set up my calendar on my cell phone to remind me to go Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am.

I'll be doing mine tomorrow. In desperate need of de-carbing.

Today was sure a hard one! I didn't plan very good and wasn't home where my protein shakes and all was. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

Thank you Ian! Today is going much better so far. I did all liquids yesterday until supper time. I ended up having to eat a 1/2 cup of spaghetti (what the guys had). Hopefully today will go better. I did drop a pound, so happy about that!

Hey - for spaghetti in the future try Dreamfields pasta or the tofu shirataki! The first is available at Kroger and is 'controlled carb' and the other is at Meijer by the tofu and low calorie and low carb.
