I went to a two hour beginner's hula hoop workshop this last weekend with two friends from Weight Watchers. We had the best time.  I had to sit down a couple of times and rest, but I mostly moved for the whole two hours.  And my muscles definitely felt it afterwards.

I am signed up for two more hooping workshops in July.  I wonder how long after surgery I will have to wait before I hoop?  I guess I will cross that bridge when I come to it.

The lady that teaches these classes is so wonderful. She is really kind and generous and welcomes everyone to her classes, every size, age, ability, you name it.  She inspires me in many ways.

I had to wait 4 weeks before I could go back to the gym. I bet your belly will let you know when it feels like getting it's swerve on. Glad you found a fun mya activity!
