I still consider myself a work in progress even at going on 3 years this coming December. Start weight 322 - now around 170 - up and down 5 pounds. Size 24-26 to size 8.

Thank you my friends.  When I feel bad about not making my personal goal, I will come back here and I will feel like a winner. I've been trying to take off the last 18 pounds for a year! But even so, I'm so much happier and healthier than where I was in December 2008. |
