Hi everyone!! My name is Pomai, 34 yrs. old, mother of 2 daughters ages 14 and 8 living in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I'm a newbie to the wls community. I just had my surgery on Fri. 8/19/11. It was the best birthday gift i gave to myself (birthday 8/30)  Anyway here are some of my stats pre-op appt. 8/4/11 weight: 276.1, surgery date 8/19/11 weight: 271.3, 8/22 day i left the hospital: 263 and yesterday at my very first post op appt. weigh: 256.6, OMG 20 freakn' lbs. lost FOREVER!!!! I'm so grateful to have this tool to reach my lifestyle goals! I'm so excited i found this awsome community to be a part of! Cheers to our journey.... |
