Hello, everyone!
Well, I have been reading the "What Did You Eat" Forum and have a couple of questions. You guys are OBVIOUSLY talking in shorthand!  Smiley

So, what are Miracle Noodles?
What's the site for Quest Bars?
Where do you find Pure Protein Bars?
What is Smart Carb #1 and #3?

Ian - What is "Creamy nugget goodness"? And where do you get the recipes you refer to? What about "KFC Creamy Goodness"? What are talking about, fellow? Smiley

Just need a little clarification.

Also, I noticed that lots of days seem like the rest, do you eat the same thing every day? Sometimes? A lot? Why? Is it just easier or more convenient?

Thanks, folks...
Leslie

Hello, everyone!
Well, I have been reading the "What Did You Eat" Forum and have a couple of questions. You guys are OBVIOUSLY talking in shorthand!  Smiley

What's the site for Quest Bars?
http://www.questproteinbar.com/

Where do you find Pure Protein Bars?
http://www.pureprotein.net/pages/wheretobuy.aspx - Wallyworld and everywhere else in between!

What is Smart Carb #1 and #3?
http://julianbakery.com/products/smart-carb-1/ People love their bread! (Not my pouch though....)

Ian - What is "Creamy nugget goodness"?
http://bariatrictv.com/forum/index.php/topic,4916.0.html

And where do you get the recipes you refer to? Majority of them are in the recipe section

What about "KFC Creamy Goodness"?

I view food as fuel and when I find something I like and it meets my nutritional needs I mix it in the rotation.... I find it a lot easier this way. As I never get hungry it seems to work for me.

What Ian said. Smiley

I'm so sorry, Leslie - we've been doing that thread for so long, and following each other's posts that we just know what the others are eating. We do tend to find things we really like, and that really work for us, so the menus do tend to follow along the same things most of the time. Grocery prices also dictate this for us. Smiley

Please come join us when you like! We love having new folks, and we're good friends as well, so we know a lot about each other's lives. We'd love to have you.

And I encourage you to try some of these things you listed as you get farther out. All very tasty and tried by those of us who love them!

Thanks for the invitation, Miss Tn girl (I lived in Tennessee for 7 years - beautiful country) I do enjoy seeing what everyone eats.

Our local health food store sells the Jullian Bakery Bread and I got some yesterday - cinnamon raisin - Yum! And when I could only eat half of the slice, my grandkids fought over the rest of it like it was a doughnut!

And my daughter - WW member and 53 pounds down - discovered Shiritaki (Miracle)noodles and loves them...I am still a bit leerly...

It's an interesting forum...I will continue lurking... Cheesy

You are SOOO lucky to have it sold locally! The shipping on Julian is prohibitive for many unless you order quite a bit at once. It freezes great, though, and lasts a long time. Hmmm, I need to order some more of this!

The Miracle Noodles aren't my fave - Keilah likes them a lot - but I prefer the Dreamfields pasta if I'm gonna eat pasta - which is rare. I have a box of Dreamfields in my pantry that's been there at least a year. I also like quinoa as a pasta sub - great protein and tastes great.

That will all be a bit farther out for you, though!
