Hello!
I would like to track my protein. Does anyone know of a really good Cal/Protein/Fiber/ whatever book to do this with?

I have an on-line program but am more of a book in hand or book on Nook kind of girl.

Thanks!

Hi Leslie,
If you happen to still be looking...one of the Nuts from my program brought a hardcover, spiral journal to one of our support group meetings. DietMinder: Personal Food & Fitness Journal.  Carried at Barnes & Noble, Amazon & other places online.  It it very thorough and has good reviews.  Jo

Thank you! This is one of my New Year's Resolutions, to track my food, so I was hoping
(but had given up) that someone would have an idea.

I will check it out...
