The rapid weight loss from bariatric surgery can cause "shrinkles", our term for saggy skin.
Which area of shrinkles bothers you the most? Any unexpected shrinkles in places you didn't expect?
my thighs.

While I'm not wild about any of my shrinkles - the ones on my neck bother me the most because no shapewear on earth is gonna help that. Thigh high stockings are great for the thighs, and corsets are sexy... but after the neck, the bosom and the arms... then the apron and the thighs... can't really see my own butt too often, so at least that's a plus!

floppy man boobs = MOOBS
I know I'd see more bang for my buck getting the stomach area surgically worked on, but the saggy chest is really bugging me and I can't afford to pay for plastic surgery.

Bat wings. Other areas are easier to cover up.

It was my arms - that's why I chose brachioplasty above all other plastic surgeries. So happy to be wearing sleeveless during the summers now!
Still would love a tummy tuck, but no $$ for it, and it's not enough for insurance to cover. sigh...

I am amazed at just how floppy my thighs are...it's very curious... But the thing I'd change first would be the stomach...I had a lovely stomach in college and after both my kids...I miss it...

Everything except my stomach - I expected a saggy tummy, I got that after the birth of my son.....but the rest: face, neck, arms, butt, thighs....I was shocked and didn't expect. Why so surprised? I realise now that I never really saw just how big I was......I came to my decision to have WLS based on the number on the scale and my health, not because of what I looked like. On my planet, I looked GREAT.....LMAO.....I'm the Queen of Denial!

I had the same issue of not really seeing how huge I had gotten. I am still shocked when I see certain photos!

I have some tiny wrinkles at the top of my calves that bug me because "no one has wrinkles there". I have some around my mouth that bug because they aren't like normal face wrinkles. The ones at the bottom of my ass/top of the back of my legs bug too but only when I see them, which thankfully isn't often!

I was looking at some pictures the other day and I'm with you guys I don't think I had any idea what I looked like. I was BIG. Now though I have the oppisite problem and I think I'm bigger than I am until I see myself next to others.
Sigh
The winkles don't bug me so much but the flappy skin ugh.
