that I love it when I have a great workout!  I love the sweat pouring down my face, the sweat in my socks, and the dirty, wet, smelly clothes when all is said and done!  I didn't love it like this five years ago, but I do now!  Praise God for giving me the courage to run that first step, lift that first weight, and know that He is with me in it all!  Just sayin'!

Good for you Cyndy! Cheesy I'm still trying to learn to love it, but I do love getting my walks in and I want to join the gym and start pumping iron and maybe getting in the pool for a swim. I really miss being in the water, though I'm not a great swimmer I love the buoyancy!

I do get a post gym feeling of accomplishment and endorphins are nice but still not enough to motive me to go every day.
