I just recently returned to work, after almost 5 weeks of post op complications and such, and have lost just over 50lbs. I swear to you people are staring at me all crazy like. All the guys are up in my business. I am not a forward person and this is weird. I gave report to a nurse and he stopped me mid sentence to say, I didn't get any of that I was looking at you. Creeper. I must've been hideous before cause this attention is slowly agitating.

That may be part of it but also a 50lb loss in 5 weeks - I'm sure part of it is just wow wow wow. Also you are in the health profession and one thing is rapid weight loss is a sign of bad stuff. People may just be in WTF mode. Enjoy it.

If of the many truths you choose but one and follow it blindly it will become a falsehood and you a fanatic.

There will come a time when the compliments stop - they get used to the way you look after- and then you'll be depressed over that, too! LOL! Ah, head games...

As Brandi said, enjoy it while it lasts!
