I noticed that the posts here are kind of old and was hoping there could be some help for a new pix.

I tried to post a new pix, went to the browse button, opened the picture and the picture number showed up on the profile page but when I clicked on "Update profile", or "save changes" , whatever it says, everything was saved except the new picture. What am I doing wrong?

If the picture is too big it will not load

I re-sized mine to 125 x 92

I couldn't resist....This was a status update on my facebook page earlier this year....

FACEBOOK: Karmen Wls

So...I was trying to upload a profile picture for WLS forum that I joined and it wouldn't take the picture of me because it said "the image is too big".....I know it meant pixels and 100x100 type of thing....but I burst out laughing!

It doesn't give you a message that it's too big.

You can re-size it using any graphics program. If you don't have one there are a few free web based ones:

http://www.resizr.com/

Just re-size the pic to width: 125 pixels it will automatically choose the height

Click re-size my pic button

Click view once it's processed and save the new pic

Upload at BTV and presto ur done
